Rock Falls Rotarian Receives Rotary International Award

President Julie Logan (left) presents an award from Rotary International to Betty Clementz (right) for her proposal of two new members to her Rock Falls Rotary Club in the past year.  The award was a bronze pin back for her Rotary lapel pin.
