Dave Chavira (left), President of Rock Falls Rotary, welcomed Rotary District 6420 Governor Bobbi Burke (right) of Rochelle Rotary Club to her annual visit of Rock Falls Rotary Club Monday evening at Harvest Time Bible Church. She had presented the Rotary year theme banner to President Chavira of Rotary Connects the World.
