Javier DeLaTorre, son of Javier and Maria DeLaTorre and a Senior at Rock Falls High School, was selected as the Rock Falls Rotary October Student of the Month by staff based on the Four Way Test of what Rotarians say, think, and do: 1) Is it the truth? 2) Is it fair to all concerned? 3) Will it build good will and better friendships? 4) Is it beneficial to all concerned?
