Manuela Beltran-Rojas (center front row) has spent the past year in the Rock Falls community and will be returning to her home in Colombia. Members in attendance on July 2 joined in wishing her well with hopes for a return to the US soon. Manuela will be attending the Central States Youth Exchange  Conference in Grand Rapids to share her country with outbound students going to Colombia ,before her return home.
