Rock Falls Rotary asks the staff at RFHS to select the monthly Rotary Student of the Month, a Senior whose character best fits the Four Way Test of what Rotarians think, say and do: 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendship? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Students and their parents were introduced at a celebration dinner at Harvest Time Bible Church at which students received a certificate of their SOM designation along with a check.
