Rock Falls Rotary Receives Two District Literacy Awards

 

 

Dave Chavira, Rock Falls Rotary Literacy Chair, accepts the two certificates of achievement which were presented at the recent Rotary District 6420 Conference: Club Achievement Award in meeting all criteria for an outstanding Literacy Program and Continuing Excellence Award for the club's 19 year program of members reading to students weekly at East Coloma/Nelson in grades K through grade four. Of 48 clubs in the district, Rock Falls was one of five so noted and honored.
