President Mike Albert welcomed Kathy Kwiat-Hess, 2018-2019 Governor of District 6420 which is the western corner of Illinois from Quad Cities to Wisconsin border and east to Henry, IL. Kathy shared the new President of Rotary International vision and how clubs may achieve his Presidential Citation for their activities of service in both their communities and internationally making a difference. President Mike presented her with the flag and pin of Rock Falls Rotary.
