Members and guests at the Rock Falls Rotary meeting welcomed Toni McCombie of the 71st Legislative District covering parts of Carroll, Whiteside, Rock Island, and Henry Counties to their meeting at Rotary Park on Minkle Street in Rock Falls. Toni shared the legislation passed in the last legislative session and fielded questions and concerns from the members.
